Cutting Board Designer is a free-to-use woodworking design tool from The Kingsbury Workshop. If something isn't working, or you have an idea, we want to hear about it.
The fastest way to reach us is the app's own Send Feedback tool — open the app, find Send Feedback under the "More" menu (mobile) or the 🧰 Tools menu (desktop), choose Bug Report / Feature Request / General Feedback, and send. You don't need an account.
If you have an account and want to permanently delete it: sign in, open the account menu, tap the ⚙ account-settings icon, then Delete Account. Or go directly to this link while signed in. This does not require contacting us — it's self-service inside the app.
No. Every design, calculation, and build tool works without an account, and your work is saved on this device. You do need an internet connection to open the app. If your connection drops after it has loaded, you can keep designing, save to My Projects on this device, export your design, and use Workshop Mode, but tools and views you haven't opened yet need a connection to load. Signing in only adds saving your designs and lumber inventory to your account so you can pick up where you left off on another device.
Inventory photos are currently stored only on the device you took them on — the item itself syncs, but the photo's image data doesn't sync across devices yet. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Send a Bug Report from the app with "Include diagnostic information" checked — it gives us the exact screen, app version, and a few recent errors, which is usually enough to diagnose the issue quickly.
